The staff were incredibly helpful and maintained cleanliness throughout.

Suite was spacious.
Burned out light bulb in bathroom. Shower drain was very slow, standing in ankle deep water to shower. Busy weekend in convention center however , NO PARKING PROVISION FOR PAID HOTEL GUESTS!

There was no free Wi-Fi I thought that was crazy.That's one thing that would make me not want to stay again.

The location was great, just a short walk from Compass Group. It only took us about 15 minutes to drive to the airport. The room was updated and quite spacious, and we enjoyed having a TV stand.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was fabulous!
The phone in my room did not work, one of the cabinets was broken, and the bathroom door was cracked. There was also no hair dryer in my room.
